General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33pmw ("33pmw", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://33pmw.net. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 33pmw platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 33pmw platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform following any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all services offered by 33pmw, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, table games, promotional offers, bonuses, and any other wagering or entertainment product made available through the 33pmw platform now or in the future.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated or localised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of any invalid clause.

1.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (which are incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and 33pmw with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

33pmw conducts age verification checks during the account registration process. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify your age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any associated funds pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 33pmw platform is operated for and directed at players in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether you have such capacity, you should seek independent legal advice before registering on 33pmw.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an active account on 33pmw:

• Persons under 18 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from 33pmw and whose exclusion period has not yet expired.
• Employees of 33pmw, its affiliates, partners, software providers, or payment processors, and members of their immediate families.
• Persons using automated software, bots, or any other artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Persons acting on behalf of, or in association with, any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal enterprise.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 33pmw — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a verified player account. The registration process is free of charge and typically takes under two minutes to complete.

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change. 33pmw is not liable for any losses or delays caused by inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 33pmw account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through a proxy or VPN to circumvent detection — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without prior notice, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 33pmw account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 33pmw strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

3.4 KYC Verification

33pmw may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance and security purposes. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33pmw platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and winnings — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 33pmw supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount for bKash and Nagad is ৳200.
• The minimum deposit amount for Rocket and Upay is ৳300.
• The minimum deposit amount for bank transfers and card payments is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your 33pmw account balance in real time (bKash/Nagad) or within 1–3 business days (bank transfers and card payments).
• 33pmw does not charge any fees for deposits. Your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees; these are your sole responsibility.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 33pmw does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 33pmw reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests made during periods of unusual account activity or pending investigations may be temporarily held until the matter is resolved.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

33pmw operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy in accordance with applicable financial regulations. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and reserve the right to report any transaction that we reasonably suspect may involve money laundering or fraud to the appropriate authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity will be suspended immediately, and all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation and legal review.

Bonuses & Promotions

33pmw offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional bonus-specific terms that may be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your 33pmw account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the terms of the individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

33pmw takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting, manipulating, or abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or colluding with other players to abuse a promotion — will have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided and their account permanently suspended.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of 33pmw. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or restrict any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are generally available to players who have completed KYC verification. Certain bonuses may be restricted by payment method, game category, or geographic location within Bangladesh.

5.4 No Cash Value

Bonus credits do not have a cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Players cannot withdraw bonus balances directly — only winnings derived from the wagering of bonus funds, subject to wagering completion, are eligible for withdrawal.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on 33pmw are subject to the rules set out in this section. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

33pmw reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your "Bet History" section with a confirmed status. Any bet that has not received a confirmation message should be treated as unplaced.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on the 33pmw sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds at which your bet is accepted and confirmed are the binding odds for that wager, regardless of subsequent price movements. 33pmw strives to offer competitive odds across all markets, with particular focus on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, and kabaddi.

6.3 Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the relevant betting market; there is a clear and demonstrable error in the published odds (a "palpable error"); the event is affected by a force majeure event outside the reasonable control of 33pmw. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your account balance within 24 hours.

6.4 RNG Certification

All casino games on 33pmw that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) — including slot games, virtual sports, and RNG table games — use certified RNG engines that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe maintain their own independent certifications. Live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are conducted by human dealers at real tables, with no RNG involvement.

6.5 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round or live bet, 33pmw's decision on the outcome of the affected wager shall be final and binding. Where it is not possible to determine the result of an affected wager, the stake will be returned to the player. 33pmw is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 33pmw platform, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33pmw platform:

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 33pmw account.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotional offer.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a third-party payment provider in connection with a legitimate 33pmw transaction. Accounts involved in chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Money laundering: Using the 33pmw platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in connection with any money laundering, financial fraud, or criminal activity.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 33pmw platform, its servers, its databases, or any connected third-party systems.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 33pmw staff, agents, or other players on the platform.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any player found to have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above may be subject to one or more of the following actions at the sole discretion of 33pmw: immediate suspension or permanent closure of their account; forfeiture of any account balance, pending withdrawals, bonus credits, or winnings; reporting of the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; civil or criminal legal proceedings where warranted.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

You may request to close your 33pmw account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, you will be required to withdraw any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements). Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 33pmw

33pmw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
• The account is involved in suspicious financial activity that may constitute money laundering.
• The player is under 18 years of age or has provided false age verification information.
• The player is a self-excluded individual attempting to access the platform in violation of their self-exclusion agreement.
• We are required to do so by a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement directive.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion from 33pmw at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period (ranging from 6 months to 5 years or permanent exclusion). During the exclusion period, the player will not be permitted to create a new account on 33pmw. Any real-money balance held in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 33pmw reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month dormancy period, provided that the account balance does not fall below zero. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — no special procedure is required.

8.5 Disputes

If you believe that 33pmw has acted in error in suspending or closing your account, or in voiding a bet or withholding funds, you may submit a formal dispute to our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Dispute". We will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 7 business days. All disputes are reviewed impartially by our compliance team.
